Directions for Use;
2-3 tablets daily, 2 of which should be taken with the main meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Plant sterols work best when taken with food.
A daily consumption in excess of added plant sterols per day should be avoided.
This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol level.
Zerochol may not be nutritionally appropriate for pregnant women and children under the age of five years.
This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Patients on cholesterol lowering medication should only consume the product under medical supervision.
